I think this was actually initially sold as a swim dress from my research. Definitely didn’t get that vibe from it at first though. Full blown cute y2k vibes in my opinion! I got this with a bundle of y2k clothing from someone cleaning out their closet near me and I looove this piece. It’s also got retro vibes. I’d estimate it’s from the mid to late 2000s but haven’t been able to fully confirm. A classy and cute look as a swim over up or you could y2k it up w a hat some low rise jeans and a hobo purse!
