2 children's clip on neck ties

2 children's clip on neck ties. One is black or very very dark navy blue with a woven moose pattern throughout. There is some minor dusty spotting on it that shows in pictures. I have wiped it with a fabric wipe and will change this listing if it is gone when it dries. One is yellow, white and blue diagonal stripes. Both have clips for attaching.
