2 WATERFORD COLLEEN Short Stem WATER GLASSES / Fine Irish Crystal / ONE SCRATCH

Waterford Crystal started producing the finest quality hand cut crystal in Ireland in 1783. Rising production costs forced the company to move production overseas in 2009 but vintage pieces like these amazing ‘Colleen’ water glasses can still be found. All pre-2000 have the acid etched Waterford logo without the seahorse somewhere on them. The Colleen pattern was produced from 1968-2018 and has always been a favorite of Waterford collectors. These expertly hand-cut water glasses measure aporoximately 5 1/8 inches tall by 3 inches wide. They are in excellent condition except for a light scratch on one (see photo). The acid-etched Waterford mark is located on the bottom of both (see photos).
