2 Strands Chinese Turquoise Howlite

2 attractively dyed and waxed vintage 'turquoise' dyed howlite strands. Because it is highly porous and takes dye exceptionally well, it is widely dyed to imitate rarer stones like turquoise. These are from the 80's, cut and processed from howlite in Hong Kong and made to be used in making inexpensive jewelry. Use them along with other interesting beads to make bracelets...They have a sizable hole for easy stringing.
