2 Porcelain Bavarian Urn Shaped Open Salt Dip Cellars Roses Leaves Gold Trim Marked simply "Bavaria", nothing more is known about the history of these little vintage gems. What can be said for sure is that they are made of fine bone china - hold them up to the light and you can see right through them. They each stand just a little over an inch tall and are 1 1/4" in diameter at the rim. They each are 1 3/4" at their widest. Their bases are 1 1/8' in diameter. In addition to holding salt, these little urns could hold a special ring or serve as a vase for a tiny precious flower.
