@neen781 thank you for waiting 💕😊- the top is exactly 22 inches from pit to pit lying flat unstretched and in length- the skirt is 16.5 inches long and the waist is 14 lying flat unstretched- I am 5'7 for reference 😊💕

@neen781 yes ma'am there is 3% Spandex - quite a bit of stretch - the skirt is also high waisted - it is a think jersey Knit almost like a sweatshirt Material
