2 PC chiffon set

This pretty set includes a sleeveless top under a wrap style chiffon over piece (either can be worn separately or with other coordinating pieces). Ruffles on the entire collar and down front, flounced peplum and on sleeves. No tags but new. I couldn't wear it due to being too busty. Emma James is a Liz Claiborne company.
