@rmatch88, you have the listing at $45 and if I make an offer, it will only let me offer less, so I will. If you wanted $60 for all, it would have probably made more sense to list it at that price, that way, buyers could make offers below it. Don’t mean to hem and haw, just makes more sense to me to do it that way. Will send in my offer based on the listing price.
