1State Floral Maxi Dress

Light and airy maxi dress. Spaghetti straps. Subtle ruffle hem. Abstract floral design. Never worn however small defect on right belt loop; the dress has a string that ties across the waist however only the left loop is intact. This dress has been sitting in my closet and never worn and I just noticed the loop detail as I was photographing; easy fix and/or the string can be easily held in place with the one loop. Will arrive in its garment bag.
