deeeemanda @amandaadams597 hi, sorry for delay. I was out of town. So the fur collar is tacked down with about three stitches but looks as though you could cut to wear up. The underside of the collar is same fabric as the boot. I don't know how they would look with the collar flipped up. Thx Amanda
