19th Century Vintage Gaudy Welsh Scalloped Buckle Pattern Footed Lusterware Bowl

Measures roughly 3.5” tall/deep x 6.5” in diameter, with a scalloped rim, and hand painted decoration inside & outside. Between body of bowl and foot of bowl is what appears to be an old crack- likely a defect incurred during production. Sold as pictured.
