19th Century Vintage Gaudy Welsh Feather Pattern Handled Lidded Sugar Bowl

Measures roughly 7” tall, has double opposing thorn handles, inset lid with ring finial, and a six footed base. There’s a 1/4” chip on lip, hairline along “waist,” where base segues into body, and peeling of a paint-like finish inside lid (old restoration?) which can be scraped off. Sold as pictured.
