19th Century Antique Gaudy Welsh Pot de Fleurs II Pattern Pedestal Urn Rare

Measures roughly 4.5" tall x 4" in diameter at rim. It's been restored in two visible areas along the rim, and it has a significant lean/tip, due to bent neck/stem incurred during production; there is a hairline crack at the bend in the stem. The urn is relatively scarce in Pot de Fleurs II Pattern. Sold as pictured.
