19th Century Antique Gaudy Welsh Crest Pattern Teacup & Saucer Set

Bottom of saucer is inscribed with deep red paint "13." Cup has some mild discoloration on inside bottom, and two hairlines from lip; saucer has a faint hairline circling center, although it's difficult to detect. Sold as pictured.
