19th Century: 1850-1899, Antique Hand-carved Wooden Chinese Water Bucket

Antique, hand-carved, red-lacquered Chinese water bucket, likely from the Qing Dynasty (1644-1912). These buckets were used for carrying water or other liquids. Also used as Wedding Baskets. Origin: China. Material: Wood with red lacquer. Size: 14" x 10.5" x 9" Condition: This beautiful piece is in great antique condition. The lid come in two pieces as seen in the photos. The front pointed piece of the lid does have a flaw in the wood that is visible in the photos. Please review photos.
