1999 Keychain - Bubbles -NonTalking/Out Of Box - Cute As Can Be - Powerpuff Girl

The push button, talking bubbles , keychain from 1999 was NIB Up until last week. she's out of the box now and won't talk Being so old, her batteries died years ago. so I took her out to change her batteries. I took the batteries out but that's it. never got around to replacing them because shes super awesome cute as is LoL talking isn't necessary.
