1999 Hasbro Cootie bug large vibrating keychain, still in bag (with tear)

From a 1999 Wendy's kids meal, its a blue keychain with a large bright purple, yellow, and green Hasbro Cootie bug. If you pull the keychain, it vibrates! Still in the bag, but the bag has a tear. The original paper insert is folded up. Otherwise excellent condition!
