Brand new, sealed in original box. Box is in excellent condition with only one minor dinged edge but no tears. The clear panels have a couple of creases and some very very light scuffing. This was part of a private collection I am now selling off. Non smoking home!!! Due to the fact that the box seal has never been broken I cannot verify by testing that the animatronics work.
