1996 McDonald's Libearty Beanie Baby RARE

1996 McDonald's Libearty Bear with Errors, face has brown nose instead of black, butt tag says 1999 when it's a 1996, Oak Brook is all one word, still in package even though package is rough. I think it's a first edition but I can't read tag inside container.
