1996 Crowning Touch Collection Raised Relief Bluebird Porcelain Plate Japan

This is a rare Collectible Plate that came out in 1996 and features a raise relief bluebird on a branch in bisque porcelain and was made in Japan. This Plate is in mint condition! There are no cracks or chips. there is one tiny dot that is almost invisible on the front and may be cleanable. (see video and zoom in on photos to see.) Mint collectible condition! This has a professionally installed wall mount on the back or could be stood up for display.
