1995 porcelain Christmas working lighted village house from Department 56 in very good condition. Thomas T. Julian House, Heritage Village Collection, New England Village Series. Measures approximately 6 ¼” high x 6” wide x 6” deep. No chips, cracks or breaks. Minimal scuffing. NOTE: Prior owner has placed a stick-on wreath by top story front window – not original to house. Comes in original foam packaging, Department 56 sleeve, and working in-line on off light cord. Some writing and scuffing to outer package sleeve. Selling as is. Use pictures as part of description.
