1995 ART DECO FOSSIL WATCH EC-8604 A 1995 Fossil EC-8604 built as a true dual-time watch, with two independent black dials stacked inside a tall Art Deco tank case. The upper dial wears stylized Arabic numerals, and the lower dial carries baton markers and the FOSSIL signature, each with its own gold-tone hands. Set one dial to home and the other to anywhere in the world. The cream dial frames both time zones, set into a polished silver-tone rectangular case with sculpted, stepped lugs. Twin crowns, one at twelve and one at six, set each dial on its own. It comes on a brown textured leather strap.
