Paul Sebastian 1994 Limited Edition porcelain mantel clock. Works great and is in wonderful condition, no chips or cracks. It is a vintage, collectible ceramic piece with a gold-colored pendulum. The clock features hand-painted floral designs on the front, sides, and top. It has a quartz mechanism, a 3-inch dial, and Roman numerals.
