The prettiest late 90's Floral burnout dress in women's size xs to sm. Dress is lined in a chocolate colored fabric The top layer is a velvet burnout in a rich blue background with a velvet floral pattern. Elastic cap sleeves, keyhole neckline and empire waist. Fabric is a polyester and spandex material that is super stretchy and great for a fitted look. In excellent vintage condition with just a little bit of wear to the under bust elastic ~ nothing that affects the wearability of it!
