1990s Betsey Johnson sleeveless light blue floral blouse. Marked as a small, but measures more like an Extra Small. Please reference measurements. Has seven large faux pearl buttons at the front. Has no stretch. Unlined. Lightweight. 100% Rayon. Made in U.S.A. Slightly longer at the front. Color most true in photo seven. Overall good wearable condition.
