1990s Open Design Gold Plated Circular Wire Geometric Handcrafted Barrette

Delicate six (6) open design circles that resemble windcatchers handcrafted by an artisan who repurposed broken pins into barrettes circa 1980's. Unsigned, it measures 3-1/2 inches wide by 5/8 inch to 2-1/2 inches tall. Although pre-owned, the barrette is in excellent pre-worn condition with small scratches & minor plate wear.
