1990s Gaultier Maille Femme Black Sheer Mesh Cutout Turtleneck Dress - Large

This amazing piece combines a soft, stretchy jersey with a stretch net/mesh for a memorable and sexy dystopia look a la Mad Max. It features a distinctive cross-like sheer panel design on the bodice with exposed seams. In excellent condition. There are some flaws on the dress form that are showing through in some of these photos but I found no damage on the dress itself. There is some irregularity in the construction in a sense that it is not exactly symmetrical in attachment points and such, but that is the design. Dress is marked a large and I have photographed it here on both a size 12 form (first photo, left side) with 42"/34"/42" proportions (fitting snugly in a bodycon silhouette) and then also on a size 2 form where it is hanging freely.
