1990's 90's POLKA DOT SHORTS retro dressy S

Early 1990's vintage dress shorts, dark navy blue with white polkadots. 65/35 acetate/rayon. Pleat front, zip fly and button waist, side slash pockets. Tagged as a vintage 7, fits like modern US 4 or so. I wear a 6, and these are a little tight on the bum for me, better for smaller. Please compare the measurements below with non-stretch shorts you have at home that fit well. Excellent condition! 1950's blouse seen in the pictures is listed separately.
