1986 Conrail Railroad 10th Anniversary Commemorative Token Plaque w/ Wood Frame (2 pieces) 7.5”x 7.5” wood frame with blue felt matting. Made by Balfour. This dates back to 1986. It’s in very good shape. There are some light scratches in a few places on the frame and the blue velvet has a few fuzzies stuck to it. Cool & unique Railroad collectible.
