Crown comes off and slips in a slot on top of Lady Liberty's head. Condition is Used. “This is a vintage item, so condition is reflective of this. Condition is used and displayed with minor marks here and there - nothing too major in my opinion. Would benefit with a gentle cleaning which I will leave for the new owner.”
