1980s-90s I.O.U. Black Leather Mini Skirt Made in USA, Cuir Classique Pour Femme

Classic black leather skirt from late 80s/early 90s brand I.O.U. MEASUREMENTS - taken flat. Double for circumference for waist/hips. Tag Size: none (estimated size 0) Waist: 11 7/8 inches Hips (at base of zipper): 16 1/2 inches Length: 17 1/4 inches Body: Genuine Leather Lining: 100% Acetate Condition Notes: Shows evidence of having been hung on a skirt hanger (I don't hang leather skirts on hangers except to photograph them) and the snap at the top of the zipper shows some corrosion and rust. The dress form has a 33 inch bust, 26.5 inch waist, 32.5 inch drop waist, and 36 inch hips. She stands 57 inches tall at the shoulders. The panels of the dress form needed to be pushed together in order to get the skirt to fit. Top not included.
