1980s-90s Gene Ewing Bis Printed Denim Full Skirt

100% cotton American-made elastic waist pull-on skirt. Very full and voluminous shape, but lies flat and fitted on the hips with the addition of a panel. Flat measurements are 15" across waist (will stretch to about 17"); about 20" across the seam connecting the hip panel to the skirt; 36" long. My take is that it will fit 8-10 best, though it might fit a narrow-hipped large, as well. In great condition.
