This is a women's vintage dress from the 1980s. The dress is made of very lightweight and smooth polyester. Pale blue with very thin black pinstripes vertically down dress, with a wide horizontal hem on the bottom. Tiny black polka dots at the hem at the sleeves. Slight puff to sleeves at shoulder.
