1980's does 1940's Red Belted Dress from Betsey's Things size 9/10 tag

Vintage 1980's Dress from Betsy's Things size 9/10 tag (please see measurements for best fit). Red sateen rayon+ acetate fabric with diamond jacquard print. Zipper at back. Scoop neck. Half Sleeves. Padded Shoulders. Hem hits below the knee. Matching fabric covered belt. Flat waist with pleats just below the hips or upper thigh. Light pleats or gathers at top of waistline or bodice. In Good condition with light wear. Two spots at front waist band and two at back where a belt loop or some additional fabric was cut. This is only noticeable when looking very Very closely at the waistline and when accompanying belt is not worn. Please inspect photos to see condition. Shown on 5'11" size 4/6 mannequin. Measurements taken laying flat and doubled where appropriate.
