1980's does 1940's PALAZZO PANTS wide leg M

Homemade in the 1980's, from a 1940's pattern. High waisted, wide-legged pant. The fabric is great, it's silky, and drapes nicely. Bright magenta with teal, blue, and white 'coffee bean' or maybe 'blood cell'?? print. :) Cute anyway! And machine washable! Has hook/eyes at the back of the waist and back zip closure. I feel like the inside waist is a little rough and DIY-looking (last picture), but from the outside these present very well! Please compare the measurements below with pants you have at home that fit well.
