Vintage 1980s formal dress By Victor Costa Jet black velvet Fit and flare Full tea length skirt Slim glove length sleeves with notched wrists Boned bodice Nipped in waist Sits off the shoulders wide cream satin Cover buttons at the back of the neck Side zipper *belt is not not original, I can include it for $15 ~this dress is sooo much prettier in person, just doesnt hang right on a dressform Size small Bust 34" Waist 27" Shoulder to waist 16" Length approx 47" Very good vintage condition ~a few teeny light dots on the satin neckline ( i have no reputable dry cleaners in my small town)
