1980's Vintage Fancy Frocks Crinoline Petticoat Skirt Women's One Size Fits All

Gorgeous 1980's Statement petticoat in women's size xs to xl (one size fits most). The waist has an inner tie that can be cinched in and tied tight. There is a slit under the tie (I can add hook closures here if you need ~ Just let me know at checkout!). Fabric is a layered tulle and nylon in white with matching lace. In great vintage condition with just one tiny (1/4") tear in the tulle that has been repaired. This is completely unnoticeable when worn! FOR REFERENCE: I am 5'3" and usually wear a size 2/4 and this was totally wearable with tons of extra cinch in the waist for larger sizes.
