A 1980s skirt suit by Victor Costa featuring a stunning large sailor / shawl style collar with soutache details and scalloped edge, soutache cuffs at each sleeve, fabric covered buttons up front of jacket, shoulder pads, and straight skirt with rear zip closure and elastic panels at back of waist for flexibility. The textile is a lovely yellow with some light iridescence giving it a slightly red or green reflection in certain lighting. This is a stunner of a skirt suit!
