Stunning 1980s blouse with puff sleeves, shoulder pads, and a peplum, in metallic floral brocade with velvet trim. This vintage item is in good condition, with some pulls to the metallic thread. Though it retains the tag with size, content, and manufacturing information, it is missing the brand tag. In my internet sleuthing, I have found an identical piece with an intact tag that indicates it’s made by vintage brand A.J. Bari.
