Vintage 1980s classic long dress Made in the USA Top is velvet with 3 lil roses at front of bodice Long maxi length , modest and classy Ties in the back to adjust fit at waist Minor flaw- Someone sewed the front slit closed and then took it out , you can see where it was, if you look closely , but it’s not noticeable enough to not wear it .
