Dead stock 1980s Victor costa dress! (Purchased via @ragmoppvintage on Instagram, pictures pulled from original images) winged hip peplum that accentuates all the right places! Such a gorgeous piece but sadly doesn’t fit my post quarantine body. Tag says size 8, measurements are as follows: 34-36 bust 26-28 waist 36-38 hips Doesn’t have much stretch, it is a very fitted dress. Price is negotiable, just DM me!

lilyschaeffer81 @decoratemenow hi! Measurements were taken with garment lying flat, armpit to armpit is 15 in and the waist is 13 inches (so 26 inches) it has a little bit of room so could fit 28 inch waist as well
