1979 Fur Rendezvous Plate Anchorage Alaska Commemorative 10.25” Rondy Ptarmigan

This is a 10.25” commemorative plate from the 1979 Fur Rendezvous winter festival in Anchorage, Alaska. ❄️ The festival, often called "Fur Rondy," has been held annually since 1935 and celebrates the pioneering spirit of Alaskans. ❄️ The design features a ptarmigan, a bird that is the state bird of Alaska. The edge of the plate has gold trim. This plate is in excellent used condition. The original owner kept this in storage for the last 30 years. Sold as is.
