Vehicle is new in box. Box has wear. At one point it was shrink wrapped. Bottom right of box has a tear. Shrink wrap caused cardboard sides to push in a bit. There may be some residual dust inside that may have gotten through small holes on top of shrink wrap. Printed and made in England
