1974 Walter Iler (1889-1982) Nixon Print "Apres Moi Le Deluge" RARE POSTER READ

The 1974 Walter Iler Nixon Print "Apres Moi Le Deluge" is a rare and collectible poster featuring the former President of the United States, Richard Nixon. This large, unframed poster captures a significant moment in American history and showcases the unique style of Pop Art and is being displayed in the Smithsonian Americana Museum of Art. This poster is new and was stored in original plastic. The plastic shrunk causing the a buckling of the cardboard and poster. Poster is in fair to good condition. The bucking did not cause damage. Putting the poster in a frame will flatten it. It does have a "ding" on one edge, and has some dark gray spots on two corners ( see fotos). This limited edition poster offers a glimpse into the social and political landscape of the 1970s and makes a striking statement with its bold design and iconic subject.
