1973 Mopsie God Bless You Real Good Collectors Edition Plate Japan. This plate is in excellent pre-owned condition. Please view all pictures. I take most of my pictures in a light box that usually exposes any flaws. With that being said, if I see it I will disclose. There appears to be a very small manufacturers defect on left bottom side of plate (See third picture). It does not distract from its beauty.
