1972 Vintage Black Velvet Dress

Bring this dress VINTAGE BLACK VELVET DRESS to the RED CARPET!!! DESIGNED by my grandmother-Seamstress Mary Louise Williams whom -was born in 1926. Mary Louise hand designed and made this soft black velvet dress with side zip and hook for her daughters prom in 1972. It's still one owner and in excellent condition!
