This is a women's maxi dress with a mandarin collar, long sleeves, maxi length. Elastic waist gives you comfort. Dress is lightweight, black with small floral print with emerald green, gold, and blue. Tiny floral print over geometric pattern. Dress comes with ribbon tie belt, which is attached in front. Dress is very lightweight, would probably need to wear a slip underneath. Measurements are taken seam-to-seam with the garment lying flat. Double them to find your size.
