1970s Vintage Mignon Paris Chiffon Dress Women 10 Blue White Abstract Pattern

Mignon Paris was founded by Anne Marie Gabalis, and was a huge name in New York's fashion scene in the 1960s, 70s, and 80s. This blue chiffon-like dress is a gorgeous example of her work. It's in excellent condition, but it is missing the belt. It has puffed sleeves, metallic threading detail, fabric covered buttons, and a tie neck (could be worn in front or back). Fully lined. It is marked size 10, but it fits more like a 4-6. There's slight discoloration at the neckline. Please examine images carefully and message with questions!
