1970s Striped and Flowered Maxi Dress- Size Small

Groovy 1970s blue striped long sleeved maxi with vibrant flower design. Button down, pointed collar, polyester, tie belt. No visible stains or tears. I don’t believe this to be handmade but there aren’t any tags on it.
