1970s Pink First Edition Skirt

This is a 1970s First Edition Pink skirt with the original belt. It is in amazing condition. The size says an 8 but does not fit like a size 8. Measurements while lying flat: Waist 13 inches, Hips 19 1/2 inches, and Length is 27 1/2 inches. The waist is elastic, so the 13 inches does have stretch. This skirt is 100% polyester.
